hmm..... still looking for inspiration and improving drawing. Working on fantasy futuristic world & character designs.... still way too far from comic projects hmmm but keep optimistic on portofolios drawing

hi there samurai77 :) nice to meet you too. for now, just teaching for kids drawing class :p with my friends still working on newborn studio, still lil works (for ex : local book children project) & fortunately from FB , got some comic projects from outside Indonesia, so far still only got 'artist name debut' :p not yet full-time artist work but yeah not too bad for half way my dream to US comic (ameen :p haha hope so)

i also dream to be a part of a comic or an anime series...but i dont know whether it will come true or not..i cant actually draw anything on my own...i can only copy others work...i can draw exactly like the pic i see...but cant seem to create one on my own...:cries:

hey ;) keep cheer up, okay. copy of well-known artist's work is a start. as you know in Japan, they work on artist assistant system. for example, Tsukasa Hojo (City Hunter) had Inuoe Takehiko as an assistant. which means Inuoe draw the line, inked all of Tsukasa comic panel & drawings, even his style of artwork. then later on, when Inuoe already on his feet, he made his own style of drawing (his own improvement from his sensei after all this time), Inuoe made Slam Dunk & his recent work is Vagabond (adaptation story of Miyamoto Mushasi, the legend samurai). so, start working on tracing practice, style copy ( do what you like most, japan/manga style, US style, Korean style or even HongKong style etc. ) ;)

thanks...^_^..presently im working on my wall painting....but im not sure wat kind of colors i need to use...ive done a little part with poster color but its not water resistant...so im in a big mess right now...^^;
